Ms. Rockers combines 17 years of civil litigation experience with an extensive knowledge of litigation support applications to coordinate and manage all facets of a case.   She assists Mr. Russell Yates and other members of the Firm in numerous cases involving product liability, construction defect, and insurance plaintiff and defense litigation.   She manages technology support, deposition preparation, discovery issues, document productions, trial preparation and courtroom presentations, and has also assisted Mr. Yates at trials throughout the nation, including two multi-million dollar cases in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. 

Ms. Rockers is proficient in all aspects of litigation support and related industry technologies - including database programs, Internet and legal research, electronic court filings, and electronic discovery.
