Ms. Pollock practices in a variety of areas including complex commercial litigation, commercial insurance coverage, product liability and construction defect litigation. She also has experience in intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, employment law, class actions and appeals.

Ms. Pollock has trial and pre-trial experience in both state and federal courts. Her accomplishments include obtaining a favorable judgment on behalf of her clients for claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as successfully disposing of a contractual dispute via summary judgment in favor of her client.
